Within our frum society and within our flourishing Torah observant educational system, too many students lack enthusiasm for their mitzvah observance, are disenchanted with perpetuating core values and often lack Jewish pride.
The why
We searched and mined.
For that unattainable treasure. Too rare to find.

Who we are
The Amatz Initiative is the brainchild of three women, Mrs. Leba Schwebel, Mrs. Tzippy Reifer and Mrs. Michele Weiss.

Our Mission
The Amatz Initiative strives to partner with principals and educators and provide training to reach, connect and engage their students emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. Our hope is that these young women will always be cognizant of their connection to the Ribbono Shel Olam.
Our Vision
The Amatz Initiative believes that as a result of partnering together with educators the tide can be reversed. Our educators are devoted and dedicated, yet need new solutions for their everyday challenges.
